FAQ

Do I have to have an account and subscription for fuel delivery?

At this time yes

Will you fuel my buddies’ boat?

Sorry no, your subscription is tied to your vessels and your location

What is the normal delivery time?

Our normal delivery time is within five business days.

Do I have to be present when you deliver the fuel?

No, as long as you have provided us with any access codes and or remotes needed to raise the boat cover and location of keys for any locks we need to access, you do not need to be present.

What area do you service?

We provide fuel delivery services for the full perimeter of Cedar Creek Lake

What about trailered or stored boats?

We provide fuel delivery services for boats located on your property, If your vessel is stored at a shared POA storage we can also provide services for that location. However we cannot fuel vessels stored at rented storage facilities

Do you provide emergency same day or weekend deliveries?

We do provide rush delivery and weekend delivery on case-by-case basis there is an additional surcharge per gallon for this service.

Do you fuel two stroke powered units?

Normally no, however we can as long as you fully understand that we do NOT add two stroke oil to our gas, you will be responsible for adding the mix to the tank yourself.

Is there a delivery fee with the subscription?

Yes, We charge .65 cents per gallon with a minimum order of 30 gallons – Please note that while its true our rates are slightly higher than some the simple reason is there is very few gas stations that sells non-ethanol fuel this adds time mileage to our trips.

How am I charged for the fuel that is delivered?

We come out and fuel your vessels and fuel cans as per your order, we take a picture of the fuel meter on our delivery system and send it to you and charge the card on file.

What if my boat does not hold the minimum order amount?

Normally we require that the minimum order of 30 gallons per delivery is met, if for some reason the amount is less than the minimum order then we will charge a $25 delivery fee instead of the fuel surcharge.

What if my boat or PWC is in the water?

We can fuel a vessel as long as it’s in a slip or tied to the dock

What is the quality of your fuel and how is it measured?

We use Non-Ethanol 93 octane gas that is being transported in aluminum and composite transfer tanks (no rust) that is then being pumped through another water separator and filter. This is being metered using a quality calibrated flow meter that is regularly tested to ensure accuracy.

What are the advantages of using 93 Non Ethanol gas?

Shelf Life is one of the biggest advantages, you will also see an improvement in the fuel mileage and even performance of the vessel. A small side note our caveat, if you have been using lower grade gas or ethanol gas depending on how much is left in the tank when we fill the tank it can lower the octane level. However after a few refills with our gas you will see the improvement.

I am getting ready to winterize my vessel, what do you suggest?

So this can get a little tricky, If you have been using ethanol gas, you will want to use as much of the gas as possible get the tank as near to empty – or even siphon out the old gas, before winterizing have us come out and fuel the vessels, If the tech winterizing your boat is doing so in the same method as our preferred vendor then they will run the motor pulling in the fresh non ethanol fuel into the fuel delivery system.
