Frequently Asked Questions
What is the scheduling time frame?
We will deliver your fuel within five business days from the date of order. We do not normally deliver on weekends
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
You can end your subscription but there is no refunds your subscription is good for the full year.
How does the billing process work?
When you purchase your subscription, your card is saved on our processors server. When your order a fuel delivery we will charge the card on file for the amount of fuel delivered plus the service fee
How many locations per subscription?
Your subscription is locked to the vessels you own and your location. Also please note that we cannot deliver fuel to rental storage locations at this time
Can you fuel trailered vessels as well?
Absolutely! As long as your vessel is at a location owned by you and we can gain access to the vessel – The only limitation is vessels that are in some form of paid storage service.
