Cedar Creek Fuel – Terms and Conditions for Dockside Fuel Delivery
By requesting dockside fuel delivery from Cedar Creek Fuel, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Property Access
- Customer grants Cedar Creek Fuel permission to access the dock via the Customer’s yard.
- If the property is gated, the Customer must ensure the gate is unlocked, or provide a key or access code in advance.
- If we are unable to access the property due to a locked, barred, or otherwise restricted gate, a $25 “Unable to Deliver” fee will be charged.
- The same fee applies if we are unable to operate powered dock covers due to missing or restricted remote access.
2. Pets and Animals
- Customer must ensure that all fenced pets are securely kenneled.
- If animals are free-roaming, the Customer certifies that they are not aggressive or biting animals.
- Cedar Creek Fuel staff will make reasonable efforts to close gates behind them, but we are not responsible for animals that escape during entry or exit.
3. Equipment and Yard Conditions
- Deliveries are made using a yard cart or wagon on wheels, approximately the weight of a riding lawn mower.
- While Cedar Creek Fuel will take reasonable precautions to prevent yard damage, you agree we are not responsible for ruts, grass damage, or tracks left on docks caused by dirt or mud present on the property.
- Customer certifies that their dock is in good condition. Cedar Creek Fuel will not be held liable for weak or damaged boards or pre-existing dock issues.
4. Fuel Delivery and Charges
- Fuel is dispensed using a metered fuel delivery system.
- Customers will be charged the current pump price of the fuel delivered, plus any applicable service fee in accordance with the yearly subscription agreement.
- All charges will be applied automatically to the card on file. A pre-authorization will be processed on the card on file on day the driver arrives and adjusted according to the amount of fuel that is delivered
5. Service Limitations
- Cedar Creek Fuel does not fuel two-stroke powered vessels due to mixture requirements.
- We do not deliver to boat storage facilities.
- We will deliver to trailered vessels provided the property belongs to the vessel owner.
- Standard yearly subscriptions include delivery within 5 business days. Weekend delivery is not included in standard subscriptions.
- Delivery is only to the address provided in the subscription and only for the vessels owned by the subscriber and listed in the subscription. We will fuel rental boats if the subscriber provides us with a copy of the rental agreement or receipt
6. Agreement
By scheduling a delivery, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
