💸 Non-Subscriber Pricing (Pay-As-You-Go)

Tow Service: $200/hour
⏱ Time starts when rescue boat leaves port until your vessel is delivered.
⚡ Speed: 25 mph (not towing) / 8 mph (towing).
🧭 North Side Fee (north of Payne Springs): +$50 return-to-port.
Jump Start / Out-of-Gas Rescue: $175 per call
➕ North Side Return Fee: +$25.
After Hours Fee (6PM–6AM): +$100 per call.

💡 One rescue can cost $200–$500 or more depending on distance & time.

📜 Terms & Conditions

We are not fire or police!!! If your vessel is on fire or this is a life-threatening situation dial 911.
Subscriptions apply to non-commercial vessels only.
Vessel must be owned by subscriber or proof of rental provided.
Service area: Cedar Creek Lake (Henderson County).
Credits reset annually with membership renewal.
All cancelled calls charged $150.00 Service fee once dispatched we will text you a notice that we are on the way and ETA
Must provide card on file for pre-authorization
Subscriptions must be in effect at least 24 hours before applying service. We will apply a discount of if you order a subscription with a call out.
Out of Fuel calls will be charged per gallon of fuel delivered in addition to service fee
services such as floating submerged vessels ruptured hull, righting capsized vessel is not included in normal tow subscriptions.
We will provide invoices and other requested information so that you can file with your insurance, we do not however, file for you nor do we make any assurance of the acceptance or policies of the insurance acceptance.

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

I, the undersigned customer, acknowledge that towing, jump-starting, or providing fuel to vessels on water inherently involves risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to:

Damage to vessel surfaces, hulls, or structures caused by contact, rubbing, or drifting during towing or positioning.
Failure, deformation, or breakage of eyelets, cleats, anchor points, or lockers used for securing tow lines or ropes.
Scratches, scuffs, or structural damage caused while removing a vessel from sandbars, rocks, walls, or shallow/beached areas.
Loss or movement of personal property on or within the vessel during tow or rescue.
Water ingress or mechanical issues that occur during or after the rescue/tow.
Any risks associated with the nature of open water, weather, wind, or wave action during the operation.

I understand that even with proper equipment and professional care, Cedar Creek Fuel & Water Rescue cannot guarantee that towing or emergency service will be completely free of risk or damage.

2. Release and Waiver

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Cedar Creek Fuel & Water Rescue, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses (including property damage, bodily injury, or death) that may result from services provided, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, except for proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. Assumption of Responsibility

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the towing or service of my vessel. I agree that I am responsible for ensuring my vessel’s towing points, cleats, or attachment hardware are in adequate condition before towing begins.

I further acknowledge that I have been advised of the risks involved and freely consent to have Cedar Creek Fuel & Water Rescue perform the requested service.

4. Authorization for Service

By clicking on the agreement button and creating account I am signing this agreement, I authorize Cedar Creek Fuel & Water Rescue to perform the requested service, including towing, jump-starting, fuel delivery, or other on-water assistance.

If towing is required, I authorize the operator to secure my vessel in the manner deemed safest for the situation and conditions.

I understand that Ceder Creek Fuel does not file any claims with insurance and that it will be my responsibility to file for any claims for reimbursement.

5. Legal Acknowledgment

I understand this agreement is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, and assigns, and that it is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
If any provision of this waiver is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
